 Rating:  - Much better books are out there.If you want to breastfeed then do NOT but this book. It often gives poor advice that will sabotage your breastfeeding relationship. Also if you plan on attachment parenting (co-sleeping, baby wearing and responding to your child's needs in general) this is NOT the book for you. As some others have mentioned there was a good deal of information about Cry it Out to get baby to sleep. There is no reason for this and there are much gentler methods for getting baby to sleep. However, I paid for expedited shipment, which was a waste of money because they use the Standard mail.
