She sat down the first day and was able to listen and read along using a portable CD palyer and headphones. She had been trying to get through the first few chapters for several months. She had reread them several times trying to get the story out of the "BIG" words. Starting at chapter one, listening while reading she made it through the book in less than a week. I didn't realize when I ordered them how popular these writtings were and am very pleased I was able to listen to them before the upcoming movie comes out on the first book Twilight.
