 Rating: - No complaints!I bought this book and the whole grain flour cook book. I have no complaints. I love the descriptions on the inside. If you do not own a scale, I suggest purchasing one with this cookbook. It makes a huge difference, as I took that suggestion from another reviewer! Rating: - another amazing book King arthur flour company offers some of the best baking cookbooks around. I have never been able to make good bread untill now. They have the best (foolproof) bread recipes you could possibly imagine. There cookies are also excellent. I made the cheddar pepper biscuts yesterday and they are all gone.
