It really is just a book about what youth ministry is like and it also throws some stuff in there about small churches. For me, most of what was said in the book was pretty obvious. So, while I say this wasn't the book for me, it would be a good purchase for someone completely new to ministry and at a small church. Rating: - This book made me look at my ministry in a new light.This book focuses on the positive aspects of having a smaller youth group. It gives you new persective on how to measure the sucess of a ministry. Finally, it gives creative ideas on how to deal with the "limitations" and challenges that a small youth minstry create. Thanks Rick! This book was bought as an addition to our church's library but I am hoping I can buy a personal copy soon since I will have to return this one eventually.
