Definitely read the book part before the recipes because coconut flour can get lumpy if not stored right, etc. I LOVE this cookbook. Gluten-free, low-carb (I replaced sugar with xylitol or with recommended stevia recipes) and lots of fiber. Only thing I don't like is I am not sure what kind of stevia he is using on the no-sugar recipe options so it's hard to know how much to use if I use stevia instead of xylitol.
