Read More Rating: - Excellent book!For anyone truly interested in their health and have a genuine desire to understand the truth and information behind the scenes that the doctor loop as I would describe it keeps the patient out of this book is the real deal. Highly recommend this book. The author Doug Kaufmann is genuine and unusually rare in how much he truly cares about the health and well being of his fellow man. Rating:  - A bit disappointingI love reading Doug Kaufmann's articles, and I was anxious to get this book. I was rather disappointed, though, as it offered little new information beyond what I'd already read in his articles. It would be a great book for someone who didn't already know a lot about the subject, though.
