I bought the ebook 18 months ago when I started. All of the info in it I'd already read online so I didn't learn much new, even though I had just started researching. It does have good beginning knowledge sections on things like hiring employees, and licenses you may need to research (as well as things like finding out about sales tax). The material is informative, easy to read, amusing, and comprehensive. In fact, I think it's the only CD/book a person really needs for starting such a service for animals and their caregivers. I ended up copying every page, because it was more convenient to pick up a book than going to the computer all the time.
