Editorial Review: Product Description: Alexander MacKenna has one month to convince Melissa they are destined for each other. She's an American tourist who just happened to stumble into a Celtic Warrior Reality Game. Melissa is certain she has stepped through the magical mist of Scotland - to go back in time. He captures her heart from the first moment they look at each other. For Alexander's six brothers, it's a game of deception as they convince Melissa she is in the 18th century. Along with two hundred and fifty warriors, they battle against the challenging Prince. It's a game of wits, and it's anyone's guess who will win. Alexander, their greatest warrior is smitten, and they are honor bound to keep his secrets. Average Rating:
![]() Rating: - larid of the GameLaird of the Game was very good. The Love scenes were very mild. But if I could find a Laird Alex then I would be set. A sweet book and well wrote of the battle scenes. I would recommend it for a great read. Rating: - Can I have my money back please?..terrible book....I kept reading this book because I thought one more page, it'll get better, one more chapter and the story will make sense. Nope, none of those things happened, it actually got worse. The premise of this book was so promising I really wanted to like it but I couldn't even finish it. Basically an American tourist gets caught in the middle of a reenactment in Scotland and the laird of the warriors decides he instantly loves her and must make her believe that she has time traveled back to the 1700's. ... Read More Rating: - I Know This Is Fiction But...Melissa barely questioned her 'time travel' and spent little time coming to terms with her fate, she accepted it almost instantaneously. Alexander was a great guy, as were his brothers, but the story was just too boring. And I guess the type-setter is responsible for all the spelling and word errors in this book. I don't think I've ever seen that many errors in one book before. Rating: - Fooled!I also bought this book thinking that it was LORA Leigh instead of LORI Leigh...but the premise was interesting. The rest of the book was not...dialogue stilted, love scenes were flat, and the characters not believeable...they had no motivation that drove their actions. Rating: - SURPRISEI BOUGHT THIS BOOK THINKING THE AUTHOR WAS LORA LEIGH. I DON'T REGRET THE MISTAKE I ENJOYED THE BOOK AND PLAN TO BUY OTHER BOOKS BY THIS AUTHOR.
