After reading the book before giving them as presents, I was sorry I didn't buy one for myself ... which I am doing now. This book will bring back memories for anyone who has grown up in an Italian household. Theresa DeCaria shares her family and her mother's table with great generosity and with honor. But all bias aside I've sampled many of the recipes in this book and I have to tell you this is one delicious cookbook.
