I have enjoyed watching the different shows that the author host and I think that she is wonderful. easy to follow advice. My dog and I have enjoyed the time that we have spent together training and I think that he is the greatest American dog. Rating: - Finally! An owners manual for dogs!I have had several dogs over the years, and have attended obedience training with all of them. This book was so interesting. I just love her ways to deal with problems. I have tried the methods written in this book and they work like a charm. If you have a dog or are thinking of getting a dog, it's the "handbook" you need. Best Owners Manual you can own. Rating: - Great reading for dog lovers!This book is entertaining & a must for novice dog guardians, but also provides new insight for experienced guardians! Rating: - A Must Have for Dog OwnersWhile I enjoy the show of the same name, the book gets a little more detailed. It's like having Victoria in your home helping with little or large problems you have with your dog. Rating: - Awesome book!Love the show and her method of training because she uses positive reinforcement. It was very helpful and have tried a few of her techniques on my dogs and it has made things a lot calmer and better. I was even able to teach my dogs some tricks and was surprised how quickly they learned because she explains it in such a simple way. I highly recommend this book to anyone who owns a dog.
