Read More Rating: - A Must Have!A wonderful little book that I couldn't put down till the last page. Most of the essential oils used are common and relatively inexpensive. Tips for oil and massage use for all age ranges, first aid tips, meditations. All all-purpose, must-have for those just getting started and for the serious minded in using essential oils and massage for health and wellbeing. Rating:  - There are more comprehensive guides out there....I was looking for a book with more in depth information on the use of essential oils and more recipes, but this is more of a basic guide to general information on oils. It does have a nice section on the background of some of the popular oils and where they come from, but unless you are very new to essential oils, i'd go with a more comprehensive guide. This book did not fulfill my expectations.
