It is meant for students who need extra review and practice on problems, more than what the comprehensive test books cover. It does go into extensive detail about math you use on the exam. The first half covers the kinds of math (arithmetic, algebra, and geometry) and reviews those things we learned in high school, but may have forgotten. For example, this is the entire explanation it provides for how to multiply fractions: 10/9 x 3/4 x 8/15 first reduce (cancel) diagonally and vertically: 2/3 x 1/1 x 2/3 then multiply numerators together and denominators together: 2x1x2/3x1x3 = 4/9 Of course it provides no explanation how it got ...
