 Rating: - Make sure if you want it new don't buy on amazonI ordered this CD under the impression it was new. I did select the tab to show only new items and the seller's name was MBookstore. Boy was I wrong. I needed a new CD with the proper ID code from inside the box. The ID was already used and I wasted $35 on it. Rating: - SAM 2003 Microsoft OfficeTrainingI had to purchase this for a college class for Computer Fundamentals. This is the worst program I have ever used. It only allowed me to use the observe and apply feature. If I tried the other features, it locked the program up. Also half way through the session, the program locked up and I lost my work and would have to start over. Personally, I think the program is a rip off and I do not recommend it to anyone. I spent a lot of money for a program that never worked!!! I gave it one star only ... Read More
