 Rating: - an excellent read to book of a favoriteThis is an old favorite and the repeated lines are just excellent and my grand daughter just loves it. Rating: - Great even for a 2 year oldRead this to my granddaughter all the time & she loves & asks for it all the time. Even though she's only 2 years old, she understands the moral of not helping out means you don't get to enjoy the benefits of the bounty. She also likes the steps that The Little Red Hen has to go through to make the bread, & she helps me make cakes & sometimes the old fashioned way of bread - and she always wants to help & not be LAZY! Rating: - Good Story, Easy ReadMy child loves animals, so he enjoyed the pictures of the farm and the storybook characters. Red Hen tells a nice lesson of the value of hard work and its rewards. It was a good story and very appropriate for toddler age children. A family favorite in our house. Rating: - I love this book!This is one of my favorite books. I never get tired of reading it to my little one. The little red hen is adorable. The illustrations are darling. I just LOVE this book! Rating: - Fun and no work, equals no foodI think that this book was very good. I really enjoyed reading it. i think it will show kids that they have responsibilities that the have to live by and that they must follow it.
