Everybody has ADD traits but on a scale of 1-10 everybody comes in at a 1 or 2. People who are said to have ADD come in at a 7-10. This book helps you understand the under lying reasons why people in general have problems with organization. Understanding the reasons for the un-organization is the key to organizing your life.
