Even the more challenging recipes create an opportunity to learn something new. The resulting products are great gift items and a welcome avenue for self-indulgence...pamper yourself! Rating:  - Not what I was looking forI was disappointed with this book because I was looking for a recipes that you could make from various fruits / veges etc. However this entire book consists of mixing together pre bought items such as essential oils and creams such as shampoo or lotion bases. Basically this book tells you to buy a whole bunch of stuff and how to mix it together.
