Ranges from the SHAPES of items to make in clay, to the clay COMPOSITION, like wood grain and malachite patterns. Tons of photos, and basic, but sufficient, instructions. Rating: - Great Ideas!This book has incredible detail on how to make a lot of different beads and good ideas on bead combinations to make necklaces. My 8 year old boy who is really into making beads and is facinated with all the techiques presented. There is a comprehensive section on materials and the instructional parts are for specific techniques, not projects that have a narrow focus.
