I have never read one written by Ms Schroeder before and I certainly will not be reading one again! Why did the author have to set this story in the Regency times when the banal plot seemed more suited to modern western world, such as Bridget Jones diary? Ms Schroeder seems to have very little grasp of how people behaved in those times, for instance nobody would say 'okay', and a Duke would certainly know who an Earl in the Beau-monde ...
