I wish they had focused less on the previous contestants & had more tips & tricks from the shows professionals. I also thought the cookbook was pretty poor and not very creative. Most of the recipes you could make up yourself without much knowledge of food or cooking. I did think the fitness portion with the photos was great and I like the fact that they gave you 3 different programs for each fitness level. ...
