 Rating:  - waste of moneyI bought two tags and both were sent to me with numerous errors. I returned them so the company could correct the mistakes. That was over 6 weeks ago and I still haven't received the new ones. Rating:  - ID Tag for DogsI ordered two tags for my two dogs. I followed my instructions exactly and mailed back the postcards received from the company with the tags I wanted and the imprints I wanted engraved. I received an envelope from the company with only one of the tags. I had a hard time locating a telephone number to call the company about the problem. I waited the required 7 days to make sure the other tag did not come in a separate envelope. I finally looked at my invoice and saw a telephone number for a different ... Read More Rating:  - Pretty good quality....I ordered one of these dog tags fr my new puppy. i got the medium round one and the first one that came, I was unhappy with. On the order form it says satisfaction guaranteed so I sent it back with a note saying what I was unhappy with and they quickly made a new one with the requested changes. Its a bit weird that you mail in everything and it says DONT CALL US but they do actually get back to you through the mail. I recommend this product though. Rating: - Pet ID TagsThe tags are a nice size and included the information that I requested to be put on the ids. They are large enough to read the information on them. I would purchase this product again in the future and I do recommend this product. Rating: - Pretty TagsThe tags I received fit my Boxers very well, they look neat on their collars. So now I don't worry that they'll be missing without identification.
