 Rating:  - Great for the priceWorked really well. After the initial adjustment I was able to just reclip the backpack back on. The only modification I had to do was cut the extra strap material off so it would not drag on the ground. For the price I would recommend this to anyone who wants to take their dog hiking or add a little weight to make walks easier. Rating:  - Better walks with this backpackIt works! I bought this based on Cesar Milan's recommendation, to get more control over our walks. I put a water bottle on each side and my dog is much calmer and gets a workout. It's hard to keep the weight balanced on the pack though, once we start drinking the water, it slides to one side. The backpacks do run large; Jezabelle is a 55lb female boxer mix with a 27" girth, and I had to trim the straps on the pack. Rating: - Great backpack!Our dog took right to this pack. Yes, the straps are way too long but after fitting, you can just trim to the length you want. We decided to go with a medium rather than a large and are glad we did. Our 53 lb. samoyed was borderline on the measurements and the medium was just fine. Glad we didn't go larger. She seems to get a better workout with the water bottles in each side pocket and goes into her "working mode" once it's on. Thanks, Cesar!
