The Amazon Store at MillionDollarPetPix.com ( In association with Amazon.com )How to Housebreak Your Dog in 7 Days (Revised) - It Worked for MeWe got our 8 week old Golden and quickly applied the principals in this book. What can I say, it worked. In a week Ginger was connecting the dots on what she should do. You still have to keep working with your dog beyond a week but the basic associations will form in just 7 days. We've had very few accidents. If your getting your dog from a breeder, usually at least 8 weeks old, it will help if the breeder has the puppy paper trained. The book even provides various schedules based on the different patterns of the family. A nice touch. Highly recommend this book. A real value compared to the price of carpet cleaning. Rating: - Common senses well packagedThis book gives the most reliable approach to housetrain your puppy. If you can follow the advise, the dog will be housetrained, but probably in more days than 7. The essentials are actually quite simple and the principles can be summaries in 3 pages. Talking to someone experienced in crate-based training is probably easier. Rating: - Very Good Book, Easy to Understand and Read! This book was a great [$] investment! :-) I got this while on vacation to my hometown, Buffalo, NY. The title caught my eye, and since in a few weeks, we'll be bringing home a 12 week old English Cocker Spaniel puppy, we'd love to get it housetrained within a week or two. I can't wait to try their advice and methods out to see how quick it does work! :-D I recommend this book to all new puppy parents! Heather Lundquist Rating: - it's a miracle! After three weeks of waking up every morning to find a fragrant parcel at the bottom of the stairs I resorted to this book and my problems are solved. I'll never throw away a cork again. There's a use for everything these days. Thank you Shirlee for such simple but effective advice. Rating: - Didn't work for meThis book had a lot of good information, but didn't work for my dog; a Min Pin. Would not buy it again. Have just used my common sense to get her housebroken when she is free in the house. But the crate method did not work at all
