Our adorable new pet star is this little ginger cat we call Schnoodles. Sure cute isn't he?
He is not very big but already gets into all kinds of trouble. Getting caught up in trees and too scared to get down by himself is his best trick already. He hates squirrels and chases ones that that are nearly as big as he is. We are always worried he will get into a fight he can't handle. He also likes to hide under my bed when he gets a scolding.
Schnoodles is a tom cat that we got from a cat shelter in the country. We got our vet to fix him so that he won't become a a daddy, since we learned that there are just too many cats being put down because no one can afford to feed and look after them all.
We never had a pet before so we got lots of information from the library about cats and what to feed them and how to look after them. Out vet gave us some good info about care too. Schnoodles is really healthy and seems to like living with us, since we have three kids he can play with when we get ome from school. He likes cookies and milk, just like us!
