Meet Emilio our wonder cat! Right now he's napping but soon we'll wonder where he's gone to!
Emilio stays around the garden and snoozes at every opportunity. The only times this changes is when he hears his food dish being moved. Then, he opens one eye to check if there is anyhing to worry about and if not, he returns to full nap mode.
Emilio is a real looker and he knows it! He has a thick healthy coat of fur and always keeps himself very tidy. He goes out at night and stays out, so no doubt he is popular with the lady cats. 
Lately when he comes home in the morning Emilio looks like he has been in a fight... so I've called out vet to make an appointment to have him neutered. Until then we will keep him indoors so that we don't add to the huge population of stray cats we have in our area. I feel badly about having to keep Emilio inside and to have him fixed. I do understand though that it is important to do this since our area is getting over-run with strays of all kinds. It is so sad when shelters have to put down pets when they do not have enough room or staff to care for all the strays they get and when there are not enough adoptive homes for all the strays.
Emilio is a great pet. We take really good care of him and enjoy his company, even if he naps a lot. He loves to play with a toy mouse I got for him. He also dances and jumps to catch string that I hold up high for him when we're horsing around.
