Million Dollar Pet Pix

Our blue-eyed fuzzy little fur baby is a kitten named Bing.

Bing is the last kitten of a litter we got from our friend's old cat Jessie last fall.  All the other kittens (6) in the litter were given to good homes. 

Bing seemed to connect with us right away. We've recently had her speyed so that we won't be adding to the overpopulation of cats.

Bing earns her keep in making us laugh. We keep a bell on her so she also gets called ring-aling Bing when we're being funny. She has a twinkle in her eye and is always on a mission. On one of her adventures when she was smaller, she climbed into the toe of an overturned Wellington boot and could not back out... we came running when we heard the mewling. She likes to sleep in our son's shoe. His shoes are very large and she makes her bed in one of them with room to spare. When he needs to go out she gets quite cross at being disturbed and then waits with a pout until he returns so she can resume he beauty sleep.

Bing thinks she is a great hunter so chases the birds in our garden without mercy. She also went after Red, our strong young rooster. Bad idea. Red gave her a chasing she'll not soon forget.

Since all of our animals are work animals, Bing is a lovely diversion in our home since mot of our children have gone away to school. She's our little fur baby in a sense and definitely a star!
