MillionDollarPetPix.com was developed to be a family-friendly Internet website for pet lovers around the world. We gave it the MillionDollar name to denote the pride pet people feel about their "one-in-a-million" pets and the pride they take in sharing photos of their special pets.
OUR PHILOSOPHY and INTENT:
All animals deserve to be treated humanely, with respect care and dignity. The intent of the site is to help pet owners to celebrate their pet in a fun and novel way while helping to promote awareness of the benefits of pet ownership along with the responsibility of owning a pet and to provide a fun, safe, entertaining and educational experience for all of our visitors of every age.
We hope to help promote raise awareness of how pets can help people and people can help pets to make the world a better place for all of us.

Central stage of this pet website is the PetPix Time Capsule which gives pet owners an opportunity to give their pet a corner of fame and to make their pet a star by posting photos and the story of their special pet in the exclusive star-studded time capsule page.
The PetPix Time Capsule is based on the well-known pixel grids that are popular these days. A Star is displayed for each pet that joins the time capsule. A pet owner purchases a block of pixels to display this star which identifies the location of their pet in the time capsule. When visitors scroll over the star, one of the pet's photos is displayed. By then clicking on this star the visitor enters the time capsule to the Star's page where the Star pet's pix and story are stored.
HOW WE'RE UNIQUE:
Your pet gets central stage and star billing! Unlike social networking sites on the Internet, the PetPix Time Capsule allows visitors to search for a pet in one central location, as opposed to traveling through countless pages to find the pet. Additionally a visitor can also find a pet using the main menu to the left of the screen where all pets are listed by category.
Your pet gets long-term stardom and you get bragging rights! Unlike the brief fame pets get when their owners post pet photos in local newspapers, the PetPix Time Capsule provides a place for pet owners to show off their pets to everyone in the world and at a much more reasonable cost... for 10 years!
KEEPING IT INTERESTING:
To keep visitors returning to the site there is a wide variety of interesting notes, pet articles and advice from professionals about pet care, pet training, travel with pets, pet medication and pet health that is added to each month. On the lighter side one can also find pet jokes, pet quotes for adults, along with pet riddles, jokes and other interesting information in the kids section. There's definitely something for everyone.

Our goal is to also promote the hard-working advertisers and vendors of pet related products and services who fit with our philosophy and our family-friendly persona.

Live Link Direct to Advertiser... The Star Advertiser Time Capsule provides ad space for a period of one year. The Star Ad page in the time capsule displays the advertiser's banner, a brief description of the pet related product or service as well as a live link back to their own pet related website where visitors can get further information and make purchases.
