Please choose your pixel block(s) carefully. If you choose one in error, you can simply click it again to de-select it. If when you get to the Buy Pixels page and change your mind you can click on the back button of your browser to go back and de-select the pixel you chose.

Once you have chosen the pixel block you want and have paid for it a confirmation email is sent to you with a link to a fill-in form. If before filling in and sending this form you change your mind about buying a pixel block you can reply using the confirmation email to let us know of your decision and we will then cancel your order.

Your order is completed only once you complete the fill-in form and send us your pet's photos and story / bio for publishing. Once your pixel is published, no refunds are allowed.
