The PetPix Time Capsule is designed to help you to let the world know that your special pet is a star!
It uses a pixel page grid format to allow you to have a visual "link or key" into your special "MY PET STAR" page...
Pixels, as you may know, are the very small little squares of space that make up a screen. The PetPix Time Capsule screen is made up of more than 900,000 pixels.
The blocks that form the grid on the PetPix Time Capsule page are called pixel blocks. Each block measures 10 pixels by 10 pixels for a total of 100 pixels each.
The pixel block (referred to as a single block in our purchasing area) is where you get to put your star... the key that unlocks your pet's location within the PetPix Time Capsule.
Here's how the PetPix Time Capsule works... it is fun, safe and easy.
To view the pets that are already in the PetPix Time Capsule simply scroll over the
PetPix Time Capsule page. As your cursor moves over a star, the pet's photo appears as a "mouse over" which also shows the pet's name and the city and country where they live. To see the pet's actual page with its story (bio) just click on the star marker (key) to get inside and visit.
As people purchase pixels for their special pet(s), the pixel page will become covered in thousands of little stars... covering up the watermark Time Capsule graphic that is there now. As this happens, it will then become like the fun hunt-and-find game we all know and love called "Where's Waldo?"... it will be fun to try to find your friends' pet STAR.
