Actress Bernadette Peters was recently a guest of Live with Regis and Kelly and speaking about her new book / CD called "Broadway Barks" that she has written for the 4 to 8 year old group. The intent of this children's book about a lost dog is to give voice to the joy in adopting a shelter animal. The book includes a CD featuring a reading of the story and an original song written and sung by Bernadette Peters.
